Borrowings and plagiarism

The initial review is carried out by the Editorial Board of the journal, in case of incorrect design of the article or non-compliance with the criteria of the journal, the article is returned to the author. With a positive decision, the work is checked for plagiarism (the information system "Anti-Plagiarism University", threshold level of 75%). An article that has not passed the review is returned for revision and cannot be considered for inclusion in the current issue of the journal. The work with originality above 75% is then checked by one or more reviewers (it is possible to check the English grammar, etc.). If necessary, the author makes corrections according to the recommendations of the reviewers. The article modified (revised) by the author is sent for re-review.

The secondary review process is the review of the article by the editor–in-chief and acceptance for publication.

An article not recommended for publication by the reviewer is not accepted for reconsideration. The text of the negative conclusion is sent to the author. The main reasons for the rejection of articles: lack of scientific novelty, low originality, inconsistency with the scientific field of the journal.
