Abstract

The 21st century is a century when information technology greatly facilitates the process of
education, cognition and learning. Therefore, they become a simple, important and integral part of
the educational process. Currently, the use of electronic resources in teaching chemistry subjects is
very effective and acceptable for teachers. The article examines the features of the use of electronic
resources in the study of chemistry, including the discipline "qualitative analysis" in the higher
education system. The preparation of electronic resources is effective for educational purposes as a
means of conducting chemical lectures. The educational process examines the methodology of
creating and using an electronic educational resource, including the stages of development, testing,
and analysis of the effectiveness and reliability of an electronic resource in comparison with
traditional methods. In addition, the questions and results of the survey among the groups that tested
the Electronic Resource in the study of chemistry are reflected. To classify and further analyze
electronic resources, various parameters were used, such as: improving functional literacy,
according to teachers - the need to use this resource and its connection with students' preferred
learning styles, effective training tailored to their needs.
